Mousai Note Terms of Service

Effective date: June 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Mousai Note, including our web app, mobile app, free early access features, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing Mousai Note, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Mousai Note provides cloud-based note creation, storage, synchronization, file attachments, voice recording, speech-to-text, AI-assisted note features, and related productivity tools.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to secure the service.

4. Free Early Access and Future Paid Features

Mousai Note is currently provided for free during its early access period. We do not currently require a paid subscription, card registration, or recurring billing to use the service.

We may introduce paid features in the future, such as expanded storage, advanced AI features, team features, or other premium capabilities. If we do, we will clearly announce the price, billing method, usage terms, cancellation terms, and refund policy before charging users.

No paid charge will be made without your explicit consent. Content created during the free early access period will not be automatically converted into a paid subscription without notice and consent.

5. Billing and Refunds

• Because Mousai Note is currently free, subscription cancellation and refund procedures do not currently apply.
• If paid features are introduced later, billing and refunds will follow applicable law, payment provider rules, and the notices shown in the service.
• Any future paid feature will require clear user action and consent before payment is processed.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of notes, files, recordings, and other content you create or upload. You grant Mousai Note the limited rights needed to store, sync, process, display, back up, and provide your content as part of the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Mousai Note to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another user's account, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service in a way that overloads infrastructure or interferes with other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

8. AI and Voice Features

AI and voice features may process your recordings, text, and related content to produce transcription, cleanup, summaries, or other outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Mousai Note reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, violate future paid feature terms where applicable, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time where supported by the service.

11. Disclaimers

Mousai Note is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mousai Note will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, business model, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the service or by other reasonable means before they take effect.
